We're Off

As usual with the Peak family, we were only 2 hours late in our departure time. Instead of the expected 8am departure we left around 10:30. We only had one small hiccup with Sheryl (Matthew's name for the motorcoach). She started running HOT. This gave us a 2 hour delay in West Memphis.

We arrived at our first KOA campsite in Fort Smith, AR at 9:30pm. Needless to say, we were all exhausted. Trying to hook up an RV for the very first time in the dark is not the easiest task. After feeling like we were sleeping on our heads, I know Chris will be positive that he is parking on a level lot from now on.

All in all, the day wasn't too bad...just long.
